Hi, I’m Pooja
I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy. I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist and IFS Practitioner who loves making the journey back to yourself feel a little lighter, even fun. We might use art, movement, clay, imagination, or whatever’s already on your shelf. Yes, I will absolutely ask to see your art supplies, favourite toys, and beloved hobbies - whatever makes you feel alive. They matter here, and I take creativity and play very seriously.
I work with people carrying difficult emotions, stress, and trauma - because I love to see you feel safer inside and more present with the people you love. I came to this work through my own healing journey, so I bring not just training but genuine understanding.
I work online, which means your creative mess is always welcome on screen.
