I am a Chatham-Kent local who has had experience in mental health ranging from volunteering, providing educational workshops, outreach and professionally with Homewood Health over the past 6 years. I aim to bring safety and security for queer people in rural spaces; providing the community with an outlet to share and inspire is my hope.

My education took me to Kitchener-Waterloo; where I acquired my Bachelors in Sexuality, Marriage and Family Studies and was able to work closely with ACCKWA The AIDS Committee Of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo & Area.

When the threat of being locked down happened in early 2020; I made my way back to Chatham Kent to be closer to family and focus on my Master’s degree. This has provided opportunities with Chatham-Kent Victim Services and Family Service Kent; where I created a group tailored to the rural experience of transwomen.

My focus is on ages 13+; working with adults in all life stages.

My approach is trauma informed; meaning we work at the pace that you set, on goals we collaborate on, and focus on creating safety inside and out.

I love being crafty in all sorts of ways; I hope we can explore ways that art can provide healing in your life.
